Registration Policies:

Coaching and Leadership Mastery Inc. offers various coaching services and programs with limited availability to ensure the highest quality of personalized attention and support for our clients. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. To secure a spot in a desired coaching service or program, clients are encouraged to register early and complete the registration process, including payment of any applicable fees.

Our coaching services and programs may involve synchronous and asynchronous learning components. Synchronous learning takes place in real-time, allowing clients to interact directly with their coach and peers, such as during live coaching sessions or webinars. Asynchronous learning, on the other hand, involves self-paced activities that clients can complete independently, such as watching pre-recorded videos or completing assignments. Both synchronous and asynchronous components are designed to complement each other and provide a comprehensive learning experience for our clients.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they meet any prerequisites and have access to the necessary technology, such as a reliable internet connection, to participate in synchronous and asynchronous learning activities. Coaching and Leadership Mastery Inc. is not responsible for technical difficulties experienced by clients that may prevent them from accessing our coaching services and programs.

Payment Policies:

Clients are required to pay for coaching services and programs in advance, either in full or according to an agreed-upon payment plan. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Coaching and Leadership Mastery Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching services for clients with overdue payments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling individual coaching sessions. If a client fails to provide adequate notice, the session may be forfeited without a refund. For group programs and workshops, cancellation and rescheduling policies will be provided during the registration process.

Confidentiality:

Coaching and Leadership Mastery Inc. is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information, including personal details, coaching notes, and any other sensitive information shared during coaching sessions. We will not disclose client information to third parties without the client's express consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property:

All coaching materials, resources, and tools provided by Coaching and Leadership Mastery Inc. are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our coaching materials is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct:

Clients are expected to treat their coach and other clients with respect, maintain a professional demeanor, and adhere to any applicable rules or guidelines during coaching sessions, workshops, and other events. Coaching and Leadership Mastery Inc. reserves the right to terminate coaching services for clients who engage in abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior.

Refund Policy:

Coaching and Leadership Mastery Inc. is committed to providing high-quality coaching services and programs. If a client is not satisfied with our services, they may request a refund within 14 days of the initial coaching session. Refunds are subject to a case-by-case review and may be granted at the discretion of Coaching and Leadership Mastery Inc.

Grievance Policy:

We aim to resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have promptly and efficiently. Clients are encouraged to communicate any grievances directly with their coach. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, clients may escalate their concerns to the management team at [email address]. We will investigate the matter and work towards a fair and reasonable resolution.

Our coaches maintain strict confidentiality and protect clients' personal information in accordance with data protection laws.
